Baby Hug-Me-Tight

Choose a tuck stitch pattern card. 4ply yarn

Cast on 80 sts in waste yarn. Knit 10 rows. Change to main yarn. Knit 2 rows st.st
Pattern for 226 rows or 45cm and nearest end of pattern sequence. Knit 2 rows st.st then 10 rows on waste yarn. Release from machine.
Pull out 40 needles. Place work back on machine with 2 sts to each needle then work 1x1 rib for 56 rows. Remember last row on highest tension for loose cast off.
Repeat for other cuff.
Sew up cuffs and carry on for about 5cm on main body.

It depends on the pattern that you choose just how much “roll-back” you will get on the edges of the work. The one that I chose rolled back a little but didn’t look out of place.
